Architect and interior designer Andreas Petropoulos, has recently completed EGO, a bar and restaurant that’s located on the coast of Kalamata, Greece.

The reed screens help define the different areas of the bar and restaurant and add a shaded element from the sun’s heat.

The reeds have also been used to create woven baskets that scatter the open-air interior.
